CREDIT CARD CHARGES

These guys literally charged my credit card about 2 minutes after I placed my order.  No big deal, right? 

Well, they not only did they know that they did not have my items in inventory, they later admitted that they knew they weren't going to have them in inventory for another THREE WEEKS!  Charging me for stuff you know you can't ship for 3 weeks?  If that's the level of service you expect, by all means, shop with them.

Every time I emailed customer service I got a completely different story. 

I finally had to cancel the order because I got tired of the stories.

Days after I cancelled my order, I had to contact them yet again to gently remind them that a credit would be nice since I cancelled the order quite a few days ago.

I finally was issued a credit memo after emailing them yet again.

Two days after issuing me my credit, these people have the audacity to actually ship my items and call my order complete!!  I told them my order was cancelled and that shipment is going right back to them.  Absolute frauds these people!

They held my $95 for close to 2 months and all I have to show for it is the same thing you have to show for reading my ordeal.  A lesson learned.

STAY AWAY FROM DIMOUT.  Just another affiliate resale store that actually has no inventory and sells other people's stuff.  Plus they simply have the worst customer service this person has experienced in a long, long time.
